Hello and welcome to the blog!
I am an avid creator and reader. I have always read since before I started school and have been a devourer of stories since then.
My Grandma taught me how to stitch little bookmarks from clips when I was very little and my Dad was first to teach me how to knit. With my Mum I did sewing together, both making clothes and cross stitch designs. And I also sat together with my Mother-in-Law as we watched films and knitted together.
I like to make as much stuff as I can to avoid buying mass produced stuff that is the same as everyone else's stuff. I have made coats, handbags, hats and all sorts of practical things for the home. I get much more pleasure from using things that I have made myself.
